"I started with Josh Carter in 2015 with a life insurance. He was thorough explaining life insurance policies and assisting me in select the policy that would work best for both my needs and finances. Last year, I was realizing that my car insurance policies cost were increasing. I decided to contact Josh Carter office to assist me in reviewing my car insurance needs. I worked with Amanda she was so knowledgeable with car insurance policies then also assisted with switching my home owners insurance. She was able clearly explain all aspects of my insurance policies line by line and answer all my questions! Switching to State Farm using Josh Cater’s was a significant savings with my car insurance policies!! Last year we had an auto claim that was handled quickly and efficiently! Whenever we had questions about the claim, I contacted Josh Carter’s office and they were answered in a timely manner! This year, Amanda contacted me via email to do a yearly review of all my insurance policies, car, home policy, umbrella policy and life insurance before the renewal date. I found this so helpful and there were actually a few changes we addressed. I feel taken care of by Josh Cater’s office, especially Amanda and all the staff that have assisted me the auto claim and all my other insurance policies. I would highly recommend them!!!"

"Crazy good customer service. Any time I text I get immediate response (saved me a speeding ticket when I didn’t have proof of insurance in my car - they immediately texted it). Claims are done so clean and fast. Reviews policies every year to make sure you’re covered and efficient. We came over from a brokerage that would outsource the coverage to a third party, and would highly recommend switching if you’re doing that, even if it costs a little more it’s well worth not having any headaches!"
